There are many versions of what you should have for breakfast, when to eat and if you should have breakfast.
For me, breakfast is crucial as I do my weightlifting training in the morning. If I don’t eat one hour before the gym, I will feel fainting, and I can lift 25% less than If I have breakfast.
I have tried to skip it and fast until lunch. It never ends well for me, I feel dizzy week, and that’s not something I want to feel during my day.
My goal with training and healthily eating are to feel good, fresh, strong and be able to live a happy life.
My advice to you all is to try out different breakfast and skip it or have it early or late. The version that makes you feel good stick to it, and don’t let some fitness trends make you do something your body does not like.
My breakfast is very easy oatmeal and raisins with milk or water, not cooked. When To mix it up I have 2 eggs and 8 egg whites mixed to gether on a pan with salt and pepper, then some ketchup with stevia on top.
