Most of us connect tuna salad with fat and unhealthy, but you can make a healthy, protein-rich tuna salad to help you achieve your goals.
The recipe
- 3 Hard boiled eggs
- 250 gr Cottage cheese
- 100 gr Greek yoghurt
- 1 can tuna in water
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable stock
Hardboil 3 eggs, then cool and peel them.
Mix Cottage cheese and greek yoghurt in a bowl and add a mustard and vegetable stock teaspoon.
Then cut the eggs in an egg slicer, cut them into slices and then the slices down so you have small bites. Add the eggs to the bowl, take the water off the tuna, and put only the tuna in the bowl. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper and, if you like it, a bit of chilli.
Now you have a healthy salad full of protein.
