I don’t have time to exercise.

I don’t have time to exercise.

I hear that a lot from my clients, and I understand that. A person working full time, maybe two jobs, and few kids has not so many hours left in the day to do something for themself.
But then let’s see what it is that you can do.
You can eat healthily.
Can you leave the elevator two floors before you reach work and walk?
Can you go off the train one stop before and walk?
Can you go between standing and sitting at your desk?
Can you do some stretches on your body over the day?
Can you do calve press while you are on the call?
Can you skip television or ticktock?
All of the above might not make you fit to compete at the Olympics, but it will get some more movement in your life. The more you move, the better you will feel, as your body needs movements to function.
Take your health into your hands. You can do it.
